This license is for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
5.2 PAN Content
All content provided by PAN, including text, graphics, images, videos, and software (collectively, “PAN Content”), is owned by PAN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use PAN Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from PAN Content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAN and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAN, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these TOS.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
